Minister Ritchie launches Glenview Wood

Minister Margaret Ritchie launches Trinity Housing's Glenview Wood Scheme
On 20th January 2010 Social Development Minister Margaret Ritchie launched Trinity Housing's Glenview Wood, a £4 million housing scheme for active older people in Belfast.

Thirty new energy efficient homes were built at Glenview Wood in East Belfast, funded by Trinity Housing and the Department for Social Development.

Handing over the keys to new tenants, Jim and Eileen Boyd, Minister Margaret Ritchie extended her best wishes to all the new residents for a long and happy stay in their homes.

Minister Ritchie said: " I am very impressed by this new accommodation.  This scheme provides 30 state of the art apartments for our more mature citizens.  The new tenants will be able to take advantage of an array of energy saving, design and security features in a beautifully designed development."
