Access to Information and Services

Our office and sheltered housing schemes

We will take positive action to ensure ease of access to our premises for people with a disability or walking aid and for people with pushchairs.

Induction Loop System

An induction loop system is available in public and communal areas to facilitate people with a hearing impairment.

Interpretation Service

An over-the-phone interpretation language and documentation translation service is available for people with limited English through Language Line Service.

Minicom

A minicom – text talk service is available at Trinity Head Office for people who have a hearing or speech impairment.  A text-to-voice- and voice-to-text relay service is provided.

Office hours

Trinity Head Office is open to the public between Monday and Friday 9.00am -5.00pm, (excluding public and basic holidays).

Out of hours service

An out of hours emergency maintenance service is available 365 days a year on 0800 7313081

We aim to ensure that the information we provide is clear and easy to understand.  We can provide all of our written information in the following formats on request:
