For tenants in non-sheltered accommodation
In the event of an emergency repair when the Association office is closed, please call

Your call will be answered by a Careline operator, who will contact a Contractor, on the Association's behalf, if the repair is confirmed as an emergency.

For tenants in sheltered accommodation
Tenants living in sheltered accommodation should in the event of an emergency repair, contact the Scheme Co-ordinator, or pull the Careline cord if he/she is not available.
