Out of Hours Emergency Maintenance Service

For tenants in non-sheltered accommodation:

  • In the event of an emergency repair when the Association office is closed, please call
    Freephone: 0800 731 3081
  • Your call will be answered by a Careline operator, who will contact a Contractor, on the Association’s behalf, if the repair is confirmed as an emergency.

Please note: Tenants living in sheltered accommodation should in the event of an emergency repair, contact the Scheme Co-ordinator, or pull the Careline cord if he/she is not available.
